Thoughtful. Independent. Connected.
House standards

A good co-living experience needs clear expectations.

These are general categories. Final rules must match the actual residence agreement and applicable housing laws.

Respect for personal space

Residents should not enter another person’s room or use personal property without permission.

Shared-area responsibility

Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, and living rooms work best when residents clean up after themselves and follow posted systems.

Quiet and guests

Quiet hours, guest limits, and overnight-guest policies should be disclosed clearly before move-in.

Safety and prohibited conduct

Harassment, threats, property damage, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity should be addressed through written policies and lawful procedures.

Communication

Residents need a clear process for maintenance requests, questions, complaints, and emergencies.
